 "Swan Cinema" by The Vidya is a musical short about the transformative power of cinema.
"Its four act structure parallels that of Tchaikovsky's classic Russian Ballet 'Swan Lake' as its 70's Rock Musical Narrative takes the audience in a surreal journey through a series of cinematic references ranging from Kubrick's 'A Clockwork Orange' to Michael Cimino's 'The Deer Hunter' to D. Mission : Cinema

Upon its completion, The Vidya's musical short "Swan Cinema", served its most important purpose as the kick-off point for The Vidya's "Mission : Cinema", an independent non-profit campaign that successfully mobilized Saint Angelo's community in an effort to save from extinction its one and only movie theater, the glorious Cine Cisne (Swan Cinema), largest silver screen still standing in the south of Brazil.

Cinema Clip

   

"The Goddess of Love" by The Vidya ia a tribute to the most powerful female archtype.
The music video premiered at Cine Cisne, the largest silver screen still standing in the South of Brazil and was consequently baptized as "Cinema Clip" by RBS TV's "Programa Patrola", an entertainment news and variety show, with an estimated audience of one million viewers per episode .
